DR LEENA MISRA

  

Dr Leena Misra is an eminent Educationist and Principal of Balika Vidyalaya Intermediate College, Moti Nagar, Lucknow since 01 July 2015. She was born in Lucknow on 27^th December 1971 and has done her Master Degree in Sanskrit, English (CSM Kanpur University, Kanpur, UP) and Psychology (Lucknow University, Lucknow  UP) M Ed (Lucknow University, Lucknow, UP) and Ph D (CSM Kanpur University, Kanpur, UP). She started her career as a teacher in reputed schools in Lucknow as TGT from 01 October 1994 to 05 October 1997 [Three years] at Lucknow Public Inter College, Anand Nagar, Lucknow, TGT from 06 October 1997 to 13 August 2003 [Approximately Six Years] at Balika Vidyalaya Intermediate College, Moti Nagar Lucknow [Selected by Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Sewa Chayan Board, Prayagraj] and Lecturer since 14 August 2003 to 30 June 2015 [Approximately Twelve Years] at Balika Vidyalaya Inter College, Moti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

 

She is also appointed as a member of Curriculum Committee of Sanskrit and Education by Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj from 2012 till present. As the special interest in regular writing and editing journals, Dr Leena was associated as an Editor of Usha - A Souvenir of  Balika Vidyalaya Inter College, Moti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, (2011- 2012 and 2018-19) and as a Co-Editor of Kala Dirgha, International Journal of Visual Arts, (ISSN 0976-1500, Publication of Utkarsh Pratishthan, Lucknow).
